I believe it's more a case of at some point he had access to it, or videos from it. I know there was talk about doing a walkthrough of it at one point but that doesn't automatically mean Dot has it...it simply means people thinks he does.

DM has it kinda right. I had access to it for a while, but not on my own terms. I was allowed to document certain things about it and thats about it. You should see more of that when our RE1 section launches ;)
