  • I really want to read this entire thing, I just need to know one thing: Is the Spanish version a translation of "Resident Evil: The Book" or the original Japanese version.

I have spare time which I can use to make a pdf version of the book, and since the Spanish version is complete I could translate that and complete unfinished project.

The Spanish translation (RECentral's, right?) is actually based entirely on the translation Björn did for THIA w/his notes included. We actually provided them the full translation, including the unedited translation for the last chapters and Q&A section and stuff + the scans of the original JP version

      • Yeah, resident evil central is the spanish version, though I had a look at it and the main prequel story about chris is not a translation of the Japanese version but Resident Evil the Book http://projectumbrella.net/articles/Resident-Evil-Book, though the other parts are a proper translation. And if the full translation was completed, why wasn't it released? Only the first couple chapters are released in english.

Oh, and do you still have scans of the original Japanese version?
