The problem is that Windows Media Player sucks big time.

Get VLC to solve all the problems in your life.

Have you tried ffdshow codec? I used it to watch all HD RE5 trailers from this site with WMP9 (yeah, 9... lol) and works fine for me.

well i bought extinction and saw the preview on 1080i with a 47" LCD JVC tv...it was very nice yes!
