Resident Evil 5 CE Bonus Disc Update (PS3 version is in HD)

Just a heads up on the bonus making of disc that's supposed to come with the Collector's Edition of the game. Previously we thought that both the PS3 and 360 versions would have the media on a standard DVD. But Capcom's Christian Svensson confirmed that the PS3 version will get a Blu Ray with all the media in 1080p.

"Here is the answer:

On 360 - it is a bonus DVD - standard DVD resolution

On PS3 - it is a bonus Blu-Ray Disc - yes, the content is HD on this disc."

Oh wow. I was sure they said it would be in HD..especially since it apparently only ran on 360, and wasn't a standard DVD. Boy was I wrong.

I'll be getting the PS3 Collector's Edition, so this is good news.

But I'm also getting the Asian L.E.
I've noticed that it says "making of DVD", so perhaps not all versions of the PS3 RE5 will have blue-ray. Also you can see (below) that it shows 3 disks. A Sheva, Chris and Wesker disk. I'm not sure but I'm guessing you only get one of them chosen at random (anyone know?)

edit: I also just noticed that the EB RE5 games are now listed to be released on the 12th!
And it says the guide books are out now!

I was gonna get the CE from JB for $150AUD ($95USD) as well as the Asian LE.
But I'm thinking now I might get the 'Steel Book' version from JB instead. They are giving a free Neca figure with it. So the only thing missing from the CE is the bag, necklace and patch (and it's $30 cheaper).

Is the 'steel book' the same art book included in the CE?

I've complained in the same thread that Sven confirmed it, and he's not replying to my response.

If Capcom could get the SF Anime that came with the collector's of Street Fighter to un in HD on the 360 while still using a DVD medium, what's the problem with doing it for RE? Just lazy if you ask me.
