Amazing - what a perfect way of retelling the original story, kinda remaking but doing neither at the same time. I'm astounded. Definately bumped up to essential purchase atm.

Finally a trailer has come out, i've been looking forward to viewing this and I can only say that I can't wait to play it. I wonder why they gave Harry glasses, not that I have a problem with it but did he have them in SH1/SH3?
I really loved going back to the ps2 to play Silent Hill 0 and look forward to doing so with this one. I can't see myself buying this for the wii because i'd rather play this game with the good old console control pad.
So what console is everyone going to buy their copy on?

No, no, no. When you talk about Shattered Memories don't even try to tie it to SH1/SH3. The game has no real connection to those two games, it's only loosely based on the story of SH1.
And no, Harry didn't wear glasses in neither SH1 nor SH3.

And why is Harry now wearing glasses? I think this is the way to tell us "hey look, he's just your typical guy; an ordinary father that, even though is not a super hero, will do everything to save his little girl." And I think it's kinda work, at least on me.

Plus, isn't Harry supposed to be a writer? Or am I getting him mixed up with someone else? Putting glasses on a character who supposed to be a writer makes a lot of sense to me.

I'm not sure on Harrys background, but that would tie in with his job role I guess. He reminds me of the dad in Casper the friendly Ghost
Still i'd love to hear on what Silent Hill 6 will be like, like who'd be in it or what plans they have for gameplay. I'm hopeing it would come out long before Resident Evil 6 is out.
