The capcom CEO seems to heavily imply that we'll have to wait until Afterlife to get info on a new RE game.

So, it's not really surprising that we won't get anything new at E3.

Yeah but they did mention that there will be a few surprises. Resident Evil portable may just be a placeholder name for a game that was simply announced to be on PSP.
Maybe it became RE Outbreak or something lol. Usually surprises are never in those lists.

Well if they want to bring something to match the RE-Afterlife releasse, then they should start working on that new game .

It's really been a while since something new came ... I hope they willl announce something new really soon and I hope we wont have to wait too long for it to come out.

GT PSP also had a full reveal at E3 then got released in the same year's October (the years of still bullshots doesn't count as reveals), so I don't think it's completely outside the realm of possibility for RE PSP to get a quick release date too ..

and then we'll finally get that DMC for the PSP .. yeah.

Keep in mind that E3 list is only for playable titles. Just because Resident Evil Portable isn't on the list doesn't mean it won't be there in some capacity.

I still suspect it'll be one of Sony's big reveals during their press conference.

Which is why I said I will wait until E3 and see if that is one of the few surprises. If there's still nothing, not even a verbal assurance, then I am giving up.
