^ Close. It's A Perfect Circle. The Outsider. Specifically the Renholdër Apocalypse Mix which actually appeared on Resident Evil: Apocalypse OST originally.

For the forth time running, the Japanese trailer is better edited than any of the US ones. Shame the movie still looks like cheese.

I think you are reffering to The Perfect Circle - The Outsider. Also you want the Resident Evil Remix the original song sounds different.
