Resident Evil Revelations Review: GamesMaster - 91%

UK gaming magazine GamesMaster has published the first review for Resident Evil: Revelations, awarding the 3DS title a score of 91% and calling it "One of the scariest games ever committed on handheld."

Better sequel than RE5? Eh, I'm not sold on that yet (I loooove RE5), but the greater emphasis on exploration and revisiting areas has me excited, I'm just confused how the game progresses. Is the vast majority of the game set on the ship as Jill and Parker, while we occasionally jump into the shoes of Chris (like how the Ezio and Altair portions are sectioned up in AC: Revelations), or is the game more equally split up between Chris and Jill? I have a rough time believing this game can be a return to classic RE exploring if we're jumping all over the place between multiple characters around the world, especially if it includes chuckleheads like Keith.

I have no doubt that Revelations will be a better sequel than RE5. The real question is : is it better than RE4?

I'll be on the skeptic side and want to see for myself. I love equally both the pre and post RE4 era, and I'm really, really hoping that we can find a way to bring the best of both worlds.

I think that Revelations might have some good things back on track, but it being the saviour of Resident Evil as they put it, nah.

Evidently it jumps between Jill, Chris, Parker, Rachel, Keith and Quint.

Its Intresting , Scary , Beautifull Atmospheres , Awesome music , Nice new characters and NO STUPID SHEVA , There is only one slut in the whole game which dies and turns into a creepy B.O.W. Or "Ooze" , Dark ..... , Sneaky , Calm , Shocking , Explorable , Episodic play , Jill Sandwich included Jk ! , Perverts would enjoy this game ;P ! Everyone is aloud to have there own opinion here..swearing up a storm and making blunt statements and calling others weird because they see it differently then you is the exact reason why I lost respect for you along time ago on the other forums..
Anyways I don't mean to post and to turn this thread into a flame war or anything..but I couldn't help but not to say that after so long lol

For me, this game looks awesome for the most part..the story seems a bit meh..but everything else about it looks awesome. It's the main reason I even got a 3DS a few weeks ago lol

I consider RE5 much better than 4, Leon's absence is probably the main reason for this though. If Revelations is better than 5 then I'll enjoy it quite a bit and from what I've seen it seems to be.
