I will probably only buy the standard version firstly because I'm a university student and I can't really spare the money. Secondly after the terrible RE5 special edition steel book I'd rather put the extra £80 or so towards something else.

Now I'm going to be interested to know who it is in Australia. It's being sold at Mighty Ape here in NZ, priced at $229 (though TBC).

I was expect it to be EB as it normally is, and maybe JB Hi-Fi if not.

Sorry to DP, but I've noticed the price keeps changing over here. Was $229, then $249, now $299. I pre-ordered it at $229 so that's what I'll pay regardless (unless it goes down under it - nice thing that website does)... but there is no way I would have paid what they're asking for now for it if I hadn't ordered early.
