Alternate Edition High-Rez Famitsu Scans + Interview Translation

Biohaze have put up high res scans of the article about Biohazard Alternate Edition from this week's famitsu, including a detailed translation of the interview included in it. - When the original game was released, players expressed their desire to play as Jill.

I think Jill will be playable in another adventure. Love the concept. I think Capcom finally heard their fans.

Chris already has his STARS outfit. They could add in his Code: Veronica STARS outfit and add in Jill's STARS outfit and her *gulp* RE3 attire, to turn this scenario into the absolute penultimate fan wank.

I'm hoping any new mission that they haven't shown yet has Josh and the BSAA members, even if its only adding them in Mercs. Maybe its me...but I'd love to play as Kirk and kill him with fire, in hopes that Capcom would show his charred remains at the death screen. And perhaps its just me...but I'm praying this "nostalgic" level isn't just a copy of the original mansion. Please Capcom...originality.

And why do they keep saying "This was planned from the start." If they had it planned from the start, it should have been included in the main game. I know a lot of people are still pissed about the crap they pulled with Versus.

Hopefully the content that hasn't been revealed yet features Delta Squad, or Josh at the very least. There's a whole day to fill in, from where we leave him at the Caves to where we see him again at the end. And I guess they could shove in Jill as well.

Indeed. Not to mention they could add him and his team in Kijuju, as they traverse the surrounding areas, and their tragic fight with Ndesu. And of course like you said...Josh with Jill. Though again...I really think it would have been easiest for Josh to pick up Jill in the helicopter at the docks after the ship sailed off with Chris and Sheva. Of course knowing Capcom, they'll most likely have Jill and Josh meet, some back tracking will ensue...etc.

Well it feel very nostalgic again and it does like it it going to have horror elemets in it I hope so but I really really want to see is some god old zombies please Capcom gives us our old freinds back.
