I look at it this way. Reading a few articles from imdb, Una has a 19 year old daughter now in her second year of college. The girl in the intro was a high-schooler at the time, so we're looking at 17-18 when the filming was done. If Una was indeed the actress, she would've been 12 when she had her first child

It's pretty unlikely that Capcom hired seperate VAs and live action actors for any of the roles and we already know that the same person provided Barry's voice and flesh.

They just did it with Chris in RE5. XD The VA and mo-cap actor are two different people. So who knows?

I do think Una is the live-action actor though.

I don't see how you think she is NOT her based on your belief that she should be shorter & younger based on a few minutes of footage from a 13 year old video game...

I've read over her profile and inspected the pics here before, but my gut instinct tells me it's someone else. Perhaps Una did the in-game voice work, but physically, judging by a) Una is listed as 5'8", the actress in RE looks much shorter... unless Barry, Wesker and Chris are all 6'5" b) Una looks much older than what the actress would be now (30-31ish) and c) comparing facial features, specifically the chins and the cheek structure, I don't see any resemblance at all. Also, Una has always been an actress, whereas the girl in the intro was obviously selected for her looks only.

Jill's Boob, that ending is some of the finest acting I've ever seen. Breathtaking! I wish there was a working link to the original RE site that had the uncut intro and various screensavers from the original RE for download. Maybe that could be the gateway to narrow it down a tad. I could always try contacting Barry Gjerde to see what he has to say Then again, his site has been down for like three years :/

Inezh was the live action actress, while Una Kavanaugh did the in game voice acting, if I am not mistaken.

Watching Inezh's acting prowess in the Jill & Barry (Chris never found) ending always makes my eyes water. Her performance is that moving. Seeing her God-given abilities on display leads me to believe she is currently hard at work as a Nobel Prize winning nuclear physicist who fights crime at night.

Hey all! I was recently playing the original RE, and after watching the totally AWESOME intro (best intro in the history of gaming), I got to thinking, what ever became of the actress who portrayed Jill? I know Mikami said in an interview that she was a stubborn high-school girl at the time of filming (which would probably be summer/fall 1995) so she'd probably be 30 or 31 today. Has anyone ever tracked down her real name? Or what she has done since? It's really wracking my brain, as I can't find anything at all online. Some people are saying it's "Una Kavanagh", but I don't believe it for a second. Una is around 40 now, and there are various facial features that don't match at all. Has the real Jill ever been tracked down?
