I wouldn't go that far. MGS1-3 were awesome. You can't hold them down just because of Portable Ops and a few parts of MGS4.

Like I've said before, in the world of Metal Gear Solid, no one is ever truly good or bad...it depends on your viewpoint.

Fox was a boss fight in two games...that's why he gets my vote.
