Given the circumstances, I'd say XSEED wouldn't be an unlikely candidate (which in turn probably means Rising Star Games might be onto it for Europe. Though, I suppose if Rising Star aint up to it and UbiSoft bailing... 505 would be a neat "hero" to have and it'd certainly be good for their own name)
