I already give up on this beta. I have yet to play one match yet and it either freezes my PS3 or kicks me off PSN and then I can't even get to the main menu.

Tell me when this beta isn't fucking broken.

Yeah, i can't connect either. Checking Uncharted 3's Gamefaq forums, ND has twittered there aware of the issue and working on it. But, despite this small delay, checking a post a guy made who said he'd been playing it for the past computer hours. . .

It's pretty much what UC2 was before update 1.05. I dislike the extra health since I got used to the changes.

That at least sounds encouraging. Maybe ND did realize that they completely ruined uc2 mp. I'll give it a go after work tonight.

Well, because of the monumental bugs and connection problems abound, I've yet to play a complete match. Nonetheless, this is just as fun as the UC2 multiplayer and I'll probably be playing it for months when the full game comes out. I can't wait until they work out the net problems but I'm glad to be kicking ass again.

Goddamn, there's way to many problems. I never thought I would see Uncharted running at 10fps. It's like the ps3 is a middle class graphics machine trying to run Uncharted 3 on high. Seems like servers are shut down again, as I can't login. They should rename it FROZENcharted 3 until they fix these issues. I mean, wow, the UC2 beta was much more polished than this garbage. If I could actually play the damn game, I think I'd fucking love it.

And if they already having this much trouble--they seriosuly need to rethink investing in some dedicated servers.

Can barely even play LOL the only match I did play I got like a 4 K/D I still wreck in this game but I do think it's easier than U2 I guess they have to give scrubs some fighting chance lmao

Well, now that's it's actually working, I'm having a f'n blast. Played my first free-for-all and went 15-4 (15 being the score that ends the game). Oh man. THIS is the game that Uncharted 2 was, only better level design, and a bit more tactical. You can't just pan the camera around you and expect to be covered--you're actual positioning and where you go plays a great part in strategy in making sure your not giving any blind spot to another player. Can't wait to unlock some stuff too--but as far as I'm conerned, all I need is an AK and my pistol, and I'll own the campers the hide behind their little cover day and night.

I'm sure all the people who preferred the less health are in for a major wake-up call. . .they'll probably start complaining again. But me? Don't care what your K/D was in playing UC2 post-lowered health. . .you ain't shit in it if you can't kill people. Take that away, and you're done son. YOUR DONE! (shades of EL Presador there)

Froze my console 3 times in just over an hour of playing, and my character would freeze in place countless times along with a logo of a disconnected ethernet cable constantly, leaving me completely vulnerable to the enemy. The sprint button was a needless addition and I'm still getting used to it.

When I was actually able to play, it was fun.

Here is that 15-4 game I mentioned earlier. The framrate gets really bad near the end, but strangely, this was the theater mode fucking up--the actual game was the smoothest of the evening. When the game isn't blowing chunks at 10-20 frames a second, it's actually exactly what I've wanted. But ugh, they've really got to fix the issues, or rather, get more sever bandwith or something since I assume the reason it got so laggy later in the night was becuase of more and more people hopping on.

Why oh why couldn't they have included a custom games option so you don't have to play and deal with people's shit connections and ND's unoptimized code at the moment?
