I agree here, I just love Big Boss's personality, and because he has the most awesome survival skills ever. I hope Peace Walker has some more Jungle Survival action in it because it looks like it might.

I haven't played MG or MG2 yet so i have never seen him as evil.

My favorite MGS... hmm, I dunno. I like MGS1 a lot despite the ancient graphics - it's loads of fun and a classic. But I like MGS3 a lot too - it's the first game where the characters really grew on me... it's a tossup between those two, but I guess I'm more in favor of MGS3 'cuz I adore Big Boss.

And argh, no, I don't have it, yet, but I intend on getting it once I get more mulah and find my PSP charger x] But how is it?

Have you played MGS2 yet as well?

I agree with you about MGS3, that game was so amazing, i loved the story and the jungle gameplay it was so fun. And yeah i cried at the ending too lol.

And Naked Snake is just epic, he's my favorite Metal Gear Protagonist.

MPO is alright, but probably one of the weaker games in the series, but it has Big Boss as the main character again which you might like. But it has the same camera issues MGS4 has except worse cause of only one analogue stick. Other than that though it's pretty great.

Nah, actually, I was capping bullets into her body with some reservation until "Snake Eater" started playing. That song just did it for me xD

Just got into the series... I've been playing it for the past two weeks nonstop, and just finished MGS4.

I love it ever so much - fell for it when I was playing the PSN version of MGS1. It is a fantastic series. The characters are very well developed, and the flow of the story is great. MGS 3 evinced great emotion - I almost cried during the fight with "The Boss". MGS4 was very emotional for me too, even though I'd just gotten into the series. It had great gameplay, and did well in evoking emotion within the player, with the B&B stories and Snake's situation in general. And the ending fistfight was just freaking epic. I almost cried when I heard "Snake Eater" come on - I love the nostalgia it instilled in any person who had played the rest of the series prior to MGS4.

That being said, I think Kojima is a great story teller and that this series is just... made of awesome. The neverending cutscenes are always there, but the gameplay that follows, and the brilliant, cinematic presentation of the story, make up for it. This series... it's all just sex in a can.

And trust me...everyone here knows you didn't like MGS4...but the reasons you're using to support your argument are weak. You're grasping at straws. Yes i know, that's why i didn't bother responding to NWD's comment before. I was going to drop it then you posted.

It's the little things in MGS4 that ruined it for me and that is a personnel preference.

the patriots made Raiden a cyborg ninja cause it was payback for stealing Sunny and making him live like a freak. If you couldnt tell he didnt like having that body.
