so does that mean its depressing to play as Naked Snake in MGS3? i mean he has a psych gauge to.Raiden didnt have super powers his body is a machine which can do things a person with a human body cant.Snake being old is caused by him being a clone and cause they made him that way and he also cant reproduce so Big Boss's gene's wont be all over the place.

No, Naked Snake is awesome. He has a Stamina gauge by the way.

I know how Raiden can do the things, I just wonder why? Why on earth do that?

I mean if in RE6 Wesker came back as a cyborg ninja from the future with a fire truck with laser eyes, and capcom gave a good explanation of how it happened. It would still be stupid nonetheless.

And if RE6 had Leon as an aged old man with grey hair who waved around his walking stick and had a bad it would be stupid too.

Anyways Otacon loosing his woman for a third time was sad, but it was another reference to a previous Metal Gear game, It has happened in ever game he has appeared in. I wanted something original. Raiden i just hated his super powers. Snake, well i didn't like old snake at all. He was just depressing to play as, what with the psych level and all. I didn't like seeing him as an old man.

Yeah i know, but they don't have to go all emo depressing.

Raiden could have had a better story that wasn't a Grey Fox remake, Snake could have aged normally. Kojima should have spent more time on writing this instead of enlarging his ego by making throwbacks to himself.


The progression of Snake between MGS1 and MGS2 is a good one i think. Solid Snake in MGS2 is probably my favorite incarnation of his character.
