You know, this lil' discussion would've been avoided if one of the moderators here had deleted the g-word (as it was used in the OP - with a negative connotation, no less) and explained why it was taken out.
Since the OP dude used that word in that way, I figure he was still wet behind the ears. More so after he made so many silly mistakes and ignored all warning signs.

Simple rule - if you're using a word that describes people (such as gay) as something intended to be negative (such as an insult, a description that something is crappy, etc) then you should probably re-think it. Personally, insults make me smile and feel tingly (yes, I am a masochistic bastard) but it's always nice to take the opinions of others into consideration.
