I hadn't been aware that aspergers prevented you from posting something remotely interesting on the internet. I guess you really do learn something new every day!

Pardon me for going off-topic Stu, but has it ever occured to you that I was born with an intellectual disability (Asperger Syndrome)?

TNA really needs to build the younger talent and stop pushing Flair and Hogan. Yea we love those guys but there time has come and gone more than ten years ago. Actually I don't thing that AJ or Abyss need the two of them to get over and let them go at it.

It can't hurt to get the production team some experience leading up to the time after Wrestlemania, Id imagine we'll see another big push in a month or two to attempt to increase viewership, but that's just me

That's what i don't understand though...if they did, they wouldn't have gone to Monday nights in the run-up to Wrestlemania if they'd have thought twice.

The final numbers are in for the Monday Night War, week one (not counting January 4th, of course).

WWE RAW scored a 3.4 cable rating, down from last week's number.

The disappointing news was the number for TNA Impact, which came in at an 0.98, rounded up to a 1.0. That was for a live show with Rob Van Dam's debut, Jeff Hardy's return, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair's in-ring debuts, etc. It will be interesting to see how next week's taped Impact will draw without all the surprises, returns, etc.
Next week's returning superstar? Spike Dudley! haha come on now!

You get the feeling that TNA are looking to do a "great" Hogan heelturn that worked for WCW...but you'd be hard pushed to find many people that give a shit.

Updates On Trish Stratus, Candice, Molly & More Former Divas

    – Former WWE Women’s Champion Trish Stratus filmed a segment last year entitled “How Tough Are These Sports?” where she put her toughness to the test when she tried aerial ski jumping while being coached by professional freestyle skier Warren Shouldice. The segment aired during CTV’s recent broadcast of the Winter Olympics.

    – Former WWE Women’s Champion Candice Michelle has posted a blog on her official website updating fans on her pregnancy.

“Pregnancy is going really well, approximately 10 weeks to go, give or take, and I am in the stage where I am getting excited and really anxious to meet her! Her nursery is almost done and preparing for our home birth. I just try and imagine what shell look like…i cant wait,” she wrote. “I’m working on scheduling the photoshoot towards the end of March. We waited a bit longer til my belly was bigger, I think it is ready!”

    – Former WWE Divas Jazz, Dawn Marie and Molly Holly were honored for their contributions to women’s wrestling over the years at Women Superstars Uncensored’s Third Anniversary Show this past Saturday at the Ace Arena in New Jersey as they were inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame.

WWE Hall of Famer Reportedly Arrested, Lilian Singing At MSG

    – While this has not been confirmed, www.f4wonline.com is reporting that Iron Sheik (real name Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri) was arrested last week after boarding a flight with AirTran.

Apparently, the WWE Hall of Famer got belligerent on his flight and personnel discovered alcohol in his bag. Sheik was in Las Vegas “for a bong connection,” which is where the incident supposedly took place.

    – For the second consecutive year, former WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia will be performing at the Big East Championship Tournament, more specifically, the championship game. The game is being held this Saturday night at Madison Square Garden.

    – Tommy Dreamer is now accepting personal appearance and wrestling bookings through Bill Behrens at www.SBIBookings.com. The former ECW star flies out of LaGuardia Airport in New York City.

I like RVD and think he is a great wrestler but he is not a draw. I like TNA but anymore it's just WWE, WCW and ECW guys that are looking for one last pay day. I think the show has actually gotten worse. WWE shows have been getting better but would hope so with Wrestlemania coming up.

Sting Will Be At TNA iMPACT! On Monday Night

TNA president Dixie Carter posted a message on her Twitter page (Twitter.com/tnadixie) with the following announcement:

“Spoke w/Sting last nite. We’ve renewed his contract & he said he wouldn’t miss Mondays live show for anything. Can’t wait to work w/Hulk”

Rob Van Dam Comments On Whether He’s Signed With TNA

The big news yesterday came from a radio appearance by Hulk Hogan where he talked about a major name that just signed with TNA and strongly implied that the major name is Rob Van Dam. RVD posted a message on his official website (robvandam.com) stating:

“Wow, my phone has been buzzing all day, and not just because the room’s been smokey. Ever have one of those days where you can’t send out a text before two texts interrupt you. My attention span has been so distracted, I forget who I’ve called by the time the phone stops ringing and someone answers all the time. And not just because the room is smokey either.”

Van Dam stated that he’ll be making a number of radio appearances this morning (Friday) to address the TNA rumors. Van Dam appeared on Greenville, South Carolina’s New Rock 93.3 station this morning and said the following about signing with TNA:

“I would say there is a high probability that that’s going to happen. The official word is that it’s still rumor and I haven’t officially signed anything. It’s been well-publicized news that I’ve been talking to both WWE and TNA. But, talks with TNA are sounding really good lately.”

    TNA Knockout Traci Brooks Released

TNA Wrestling has released Traci Brooks, according to PWInsider.com.

Details regarding Brooks’ departure have yet to be disclosed. She had been with the company since 2003.

Her most recent run saw her become a part of the since departed Main Event Mafia. She had been one of the company’s original female performers and was an original member of the Knockouts division.

(This news came as a bit of a shock to me. But then again... Traci hasn't been used much ever since the Main Event Mafia was quietly disbanded)

Traci Brooks Comments On Being Released From TNA

As reported earlier, TNA Wrestling has parted ways with longtime female performer Traci Brooks (real name Tracy Brookshaw). Her profile has since been removed from the company’s official website, which is their unofficial way of confirming talent departures from the organization.

Brooks commented on her release from the organization on her MySpace account. She wrote:

Just wanted to take this time to say yes i was released yesterday afternoon from TNA. There is nothing to report or any stories on why…simply they had nothing for me.

I loved my time at TNA and will look back at my seven years with them with great fondness. TNA is a family and unfortunately this is the nature of the beast with family members coming and going. I will still be wrestling and doing conventions just like i have been this whole time. Thank you to the ring crew, camera men, production, creative and of course the talent who i have shared so many good times with, my only sadness is not being able to say goodbye to these people in person.

I do have my ebay store (tracibrooksdirect2u) where you can find traci brooks merch. My myspace which is tnaknockouttracibrooks and my facebook which is traci brooks i do not or have not ever had a twitter account and those 2 sites are my only social network…so if anyone is following me on twitter sorry to say its not me, as well as facebook..there is imposter’s but traci brooks is my only facebook account..

thanks again to my fans for always supporting me and for all the great times i have had over the years. Looking forward to what life has in store for me..god bless..and please watch TNA monday nights as i will still be cheering on my family including my husband

(I'm glad that Traci still seems to be on good terms with TNA, regardless of what just happened. I'm also happy that she is still married to Kazarian, despite allegations of him cheating on her)
