plastic BB's i only shoot 6mm .23grams though, which .23grams are expensive so im putting a shit ton of money in this gun plus it uses green gas which is $25 for a can and the gas runs out pretty quickly

350-357 feet per second plus the surpressor actually works and makes it go farther.
