I was trying to lose weight since January, every time faltering.
I finally did it in the recent two weeks, my belly is almost gone. Here is the solution:
1. Don't make food as a top priority. Life is not all about eating, think of other things (video games, sex, work, school).
2. Eat small portions frequently, rather than few monstrous portions in a day. That way your stomach will get used to small portions, and it will get smaller.
3. Only eat if you are hungry, do not eat if you are bored. If you are not hungry when you wake up, skip breakfast. Have early lunch and etc.
Being slim > being fat. You feel much lighter and it improves your mood!

I'm getting in shape myself, just been walking/biking for 30 minutes a day and doing push ups. I drink water and occasionally diet pepsi or vitamin water zero, and live off of lean cuisine meals and cabbage soup.
Kinda sucks, but I've lost 40 pounds in the past three months so yay. Also, the shake weight rocks even though you look like you are furiously masturbating

You should start small like a diet and a good walk about 5 times a week and work from there

I'm busy trying to find a way to loose weight. Unfortunately, I'm a big, fat bastard and only one leg, one arm and occasionally my back actually work, which makes any exercise...challenging.

I use an indoor rower every so often for like 30 mins or so - I go slow for awhile then fast then back to slow etc.. works great for a full-body workout if you do it right.

Once you reach your 20's its like its all downhill from there. Actually its been scientifically proven that we reach our physical peak at 20 then after that it gets worse and worseGet used to the changes in your body. You won't have to worry about it so much, but I know the ladies here know what I'm talking about.

I hope that doesn't happen to me LOL I go to the gym on a regular basis but more for weight training the cold makes it annoying to play basketball so I'm waiting for the spring for that

I've noticed the same thing as I've gotten into my 20's. You just can't do as much as you used to anymore. I used to play tennis on a regular basis and did shuttle runs for training without being breathless. Now, its really hard to get my exercise routine done without wanting to give up. Lucky you that your weight hasn't changed. I went from 120lbs to 136lbs. I've lost 5 pounds, but this rigorous exercise is beginning to take a toll on my body.
