I wouldnt want to be a mod on a site where obvious favoritism and hypocricy are the actual rules. You guys treat this place like its your playground. You sit there and say how these are your opinions, yet dont give two shits for anyone else if they are in disagreement with you.

Why? And who appointed you a mod? No one on the staff cares enough to do it, the posts and the discussion is thriving in here. Me and others are enjoying it. If you and CR29 aren't, don't post and don't read our posts. I don't even think 'off topic' is even mentioned in the new rules.

As I said.....why not create a new topic so the conversation will be releveant and just close this one? I'm sure it would be more beneficial that way. But again...this cropped up because someone said "This is my opinion and I'm gay" and Andyarkaly had his tantrum about homosexuality and how its evil. It should have stopped there, but everyone had to put on their good citizens against homophobia badge and step in with their own opinions. So yes, it did get off topic. It doesnt matter if everyone is enjoying it. Make a thread for it and enjoy it there.

I only ever punish off topicness when it's needling or flaming. I like all discussions whatever topic they're in, because that's the nature of conversation. Is it not also off topic just to post to moan about the forum? If you think the forums have gone to shit, I'm sure there are others.

Also, we probably won't change his mind, but we can debate/discuss our different viewpoints as is the nature of a forum. It might help him to understand the perspective of a gay person. Don't insult him btw.

And even more so when nothing you say will change Andyarkly's mind. He's going to remain an intolerant, ignorant fuck. He doesnt care what any of you have to say about the matter. You're beating a dead horse because if you honestly think he's going to wise up and say "Oh you got me! Gays/lesbians/trannies are perfectly fine and the next one I see I'm buying him/her a drink" you're about as ignorant as he is. When someone is as far gone as someone like Andy, it'll take more than just people on the internet sprouting their life stories or some other homosexual encounter/situation to change his mind.

I don't mind that. I think what ANDYARKLAY was trying to say is that he couldn't take a gay man in a fight if he DID try and force himself upon him. My body may be ravaged by tumours and my organs may be fucked, but I can take out over 20 five year-olds in a fight, I could fight a single gay man with relative ease. Technically, i wouldn't say that's true - i'd even go as far as to say i'd understand it.

I'm not gay, nor am i homophobic in the slightest - but the sight of two men having sex, that's a disturbing mental image to me. Two women however? Fantastic! Line them up and i'll watch.

Seriously, it's pretty dumb to think just because someone's gay they're going to want to have sex with you. How many people want to have sex with every person of there chosen gender they see, and how much do they pay in counciling? If ANDYARKLAY really wants to have sex with every woman he sees, I'd be very worried.

And you can't go, 'No, it's because they're gay' because that's a crock of crap. I know enough gay, and bi, people to know they're just like everyone else. They have there own tastes - hair colour, facial structure, and the like. Working on the assumption that someone who is gay = this kinda activity isn't big, nor is it clever. Judge a person on who they are, not your preconcieved notion.
