I have said exactly that before in this situation, its not a bad game, its just a bad Resident Evil game.

Exactly, thats the point. Its hard to realize but as good as this game is, it's a bad RE game. Umbrella Chronicles was also not a good RE.. But that was just another Offshoot/gaiden.. So i don't really care.. We all know that capcom is selling out the RE series.. I don't think that RE5 will be a good RE game either.. It will be a lot of fun to play it..but it will not feel like playing a classic, original Resident Evil.

Biohazard 4 was certainly different. It went though several stages of development, I think it was canned 5 or 6 times before it was finalized. The original version was canned and later became Devil May Cry, then there was the progenitor virus/Umbrella HQ version, the Hookman version, the zombie (original RE zombies not granados) version, etc. etc. They kept scrapping one after another saying, it wasn't like Resident Evil or it was too supernatural for Resident Evil, etc. I do love the released Biohazard 4 though.

yea devil may cry is a good game except for part 2 that was yucky but they manage to do good with dmc3 cant wait for 4 and My thoughts on re4 it was very good although didnt scare me one bit which resident evil is suppose to do 2 you but it still a good game I like playing the wii version alot my accuarcy increase with the wii mote and nuchanku

The nice thing about Devil May Cry 4 is that it will have PC support upon release! And yes, DMC is a very enjoyable and an awesome franchise.
