Well, 1.5 does exist too. A demo build of it anyway. But my point is, no matter how much I'd like to try it, it's just not gonna happen.

Yeah, but the gold cart version DOES exist, and pops up a lot more often than 1.5, which makes it different.

I'd settle with the 80% of what they had, just to try it. I wouldn't be expecting a full polished game. Heck, I wouldn't want them to finish it. I want to play what they had in its unaltered form.

The problem with releasing this game is that someone would have to finish making the game. I can't see capcom spending any money to do this.

I know this a bit off the topic( yea I would also love to play 1.5 ), but does anyone know of a mailing address to the resident evil development team or a specific chapter of capcom? I mean I don't expect to be able to write a letter directly to shinji mikami but at least to someone had something to do with the creation of the games. Blah, I'm probably just wasting my time but i'd like to give it a try. Maybe after 60 letters I might get a response.

*sigh* It's fan-made with a custom engine to show off it's power. It was never planned to be released.
