i think Alice should be in the new style of games because instead of butchering perfectly good and well loved characters and turning them into abominations, just use Alice instead since she was always like that.

What you're seeing is sheep, not people. Sheep riding on the hype machine. Blindly following the popular opinion.

I liked the movies. I hate the current games and am not bothering with them. So if they made games based on movies instead of the way the games are now, and these movie based games happen to suck, I have nothing to lose.

Well... If they hate it, then they're hardly fanboys. But here's the difference... They SAY they hate RE4, and deep down they know that RE5 is gonna be the same way. But like a little kid and his big box of toys, they just can't let go.

no don't i want her alive, her being dead would piss me off so much, and i wouldnot be able to touch RE again, and every time i play as her in classic RE i will remember that she is dead and probably start crying, ok maybe not that but i would notlike it at all.

No I do not. I haven't met any fanboys here. Everyone is quite reasonable and respectable though I disagre ewith a lot of people here on things.
I also hope you don't put me into that category. There's plenty of things wrong with RE4 and I know it.
