Is there any proof Rebecca survived...

Whereas I don't think Rebecca is important at all, Barry has just been forgotten about completely really. The epilogues of RE3 hinted at Barry's importance in the story (helping Jill and Chris take down Umbrella), but hey guess what? They never brought him back again. Even UC ignores him completely, which is a shame. I always found him one of the more realistic characters in the series thanks to REmake and RE3's epilogue.

Barry was 38 in RE1, making him 48 in RE5.

Chris is 35, Wesker is 48, Jill is/would be 33, Rebecca would be 28, Sherry would be 22. Et cetera.

It would be interesting to see what Capcom does in future games, whether they bring back the more popular characters, or even the lesser seen ones. I would like to see Rebecca again, her part small or big. Or maybe just even a line somewhere which just wraps up her story - just to say whether she got out of Raccoon or not. I wouldn't be too sad if they said that she'd just decided to go on with her life and let other people do the fighting. Same with Barry.

I thank Umbrella Chronicles for it!

Rebecca is one of my favourite characters, and even though I do wanna see her again in some form, I'm sure there will be other characters, new or old, that will do a good by the series. (Well, I hope they do.)

i think Rebecca was amazing in Zero, it's why she's one of my favorite characters, plus she's awesome in RE1/Remake as well.

i don't get people that don't like RE0.

I think it was looking out of a train window and seeing a white mage singing to leaches. Or possibly the teleporting scorpion. And the magical elevator.

Yeah, I personally didn't think Rebecca was bad in Zero. It was more the scenario that had issues - certain things happening that just seemed a bit too odd. Like the Scorpion boss, for example, suddenly appearing out on nowhere (And I won't believe that it's been idly riding the train's roof all this time without nobody noticing ). I enjoyed playing as Rebecca, and even Billy, but I really thought Zero should have been based around all or some of the other Bravo's. I still enjoyed the game for what it was, but I did wish they'd handled it as another STARS run game. But that's just me. Still happy Rebecca got to be a main player.

I agree, it does seem silly. It was very confusing with their choice of character design for Marcus - and even more confusing why he needed to sing opera to command his little leech army. But I take it with a pinch of salt.

I don't think she was ever shown to be one of the ones that wanted to continue to fight against the wrongs of Umbrella. The aftermath of the mansion incident really portrayed her to be lucky to be alive rather then willing to fight. Chris on the other hand, you can pretty much see the look on his face in the helicopter ride back and Jill no doubt felt the same way after dealing with the people in RC who would rather cover it up then do anything about it.

I just got the impression that Rebecca just stayed out of the way and went about her life as best she could. I still would of liked to know the fate of Billy Coen though.

yeah i like billy alot more wish they had kept him and i like rebbecca just not my fav character
