Which trailer is that, I'm not aware of it?

Maybe it ended up on the cutting room floor? There were a couple of cut scenes from REUC that were in trailers that I never saw in the game. One that immediately comes to mind was of Chris staring out the window of an airplane.

Or perhaps it was just intended to add suspense to the end of that one trailer? I mean, there was also a scene with a small lone uroboros writhing on the ground in a trailer than I don't remember seeing in the game.

I know. I remember thinking how cheap it felt how every action the Majini make is lifted straight from RE4.

I think it's also worth pointing out how many women Majini there were in those trailers too. Why they almost cut them out in the final product, is still a mystery to me. I also noticed a move Chris could do in those earlier trailers, one where he gets grabbed from the front by a Majini, he pushes him back as usual and then punches him.

I think Kijuju looked much better in the 2007 trailer. It looked a lot brighter which made the environments look more detailed. They even had a button prompt for dodging enemy attacks, can't believe they took that out of the final game.

I also noticed in the CE guide that Majini's could attack you with chairs and other furniture, that would have been so much more realistic. I would really like to know why they decided not to include all those things.

Would be an excellent Professional difficulty, instead of getting this "one hit, you're dead" stuff. It's challenging but getting more majini to fight with your super upgraded infinite ammo weapons would make it more appealing.

I still love the game, still hate Sheva's AI.

There were a lot of things that were in the trailers (not just the first trailer) that were removed from the final product. Chris' monologue from the second trailer ("I knew it from the moment I arrived...") is nowhere to be found, and no one ever says, "Kijuju is our home! Invaders will be punished! Our paradise shall become their death and our salvation!" There were a few minor scenes that were evidently cut here and there as well that you can see if you pay attention during the trailers.

now that you mentioned it...yah I don't seen to recall him delivery that line in the final game too

I just picked up the guide a moment ago and saw the "behind the scenes" section. It also mentioned the ducking move which AJ mentioned. Its a waste they removed the chair weapon though, but I guess a chair isn't intimidating as a weapon so they removed it.

The guide also said that Chris's arm was slimmed down considerably in the final game. Its crazy, lol. His arm still look very big in the final game. Chris's arm in that screen looks gigantic.

a lot of the scenes and many of the lines in the trailers never happened in the game.

    Spoiler:

i can't remember but was Chris's line "my last parter was a woman too" in the final game?

I noticed that a more recent trailer showed Chris using the snipper, looking down from a hight at that bridge, from the right side.
In the game, you walk across the same bridge together and I think the only place you can look at it from a hight is on the left side, if you stand on one of the shipping containers (this is from memory, I haven't watched the trailer again to confirm).

Also in another trailer, there is 'Tube Girl' opening her eyes, which I don't think ever happens in the game.

The guide mentions that this was a test level that was created for tuning various things. They tuned the grabbing so that it was just the parasite coming out of the head. Pretty interesting stuff.

capcom should really do a non resident evil or a spin-off with full action controls, and massive horde's to see how it does .
You mean Dead Rising? Not too badly.

I think scenes with truly vast hordes could have a place in one of these games. I mean, I know bar two areas my partner and I simply killed everything and moved on. Scenes where we simply have to start falling back would have been great. But they'd need to be special scenes and areas, not something permanent...rather like the first fight is not an entirely accurate represenation of the game as a whole.
