RE2 has been released on practically every system bar the Commodore Amiga.

PlayStation, Gamecube, PC, etc.

The only game that has more ports than RE2 is Doom. It's abviable in almost everything you can imagine: Ipods, Cellphones, Gaming consoles, Smartphones, you name it.

I haven't played Resident Evil 2, so I wouldn't know what I'm missing out on. What system is it out for? Probably one I don't have.

You're missing A LOT. RE2 is a classic. If you have a Wii/PS2-PS3 shouldn't be a problem. Any modern PC should work too (just need a few tweaks to make it work correctly).

I haven't played Doom, either. I've been sticking to replaying my older games lately. After I get a PS3 and RE5, might get Doom.

All right, this is turning a bit off topic, but of course Doom is gonna suck compared to Quake. That's like comparing Wolfenstein 3-D with Doom; which by the way are all made by ID Software.

NIN and Trent Reznor are the shit, but no one, NO ONE beats Bobby Prince: the Koji Kondo of old-school FPS.
