It's got some more blatant art rips and edits floating around though, though for the most part these knock-offs seem to have a reoccurring theme to rip off RE2 oddly as I've seen a fair few with direct Leon, Claire or Ada knock-offs....

Well I don't know where these stand in terms of copywrite law but I'd say they are infringing. But then again Snake on Metal Gear cartridge was Reese in Terminator (thanks to AVGN pointing that one out.

Here's a character called Yuki dressing up as Jill in "We Love Golf" on the Wii all the characters dress up as different Capcom regulars as a bonus costume for completing the challenge mode or something mostly Street Fighter but Morrigan is also there. I played it recently it's pretty good . . . for a golf game

Don't even hint at that. Wesker fell into Earth's Life Stream (mainly lava/magma). Oh god, I can see the sequels now. Wesker using others infected with Uroboros cells as puppets, searching for the Black Materia whilst effectively causing Reunion and summoning Meteor.
