I double checked all media I have on 1.5 and no such room or hallway seen before. That is either:

a) mod
b) fake (hard to tell but possible)
c) new area of 1.5

The amount of blood is quite huge. That is a little suspicious. Very hard to tell though. There are only two facts from what we can deduce anything at all: color of floor and it is not known room (atleast to me). If its fake its done well. Even though it is very bad quality some elements remain as it being quite detailed: notice wall texture got some stains and lightning.

As of it being part of 1.5 the only reasonable connection would be the green floor. So in that case:

Witch is a ground level. Funny thing that while I searched I kind of remembered similar location from retail and eventually I know where similar thematics exists in retail.



I am not 100% sure but I kind of sense greenish Exit flag color at the back of our mystery new image. If you look at the enlarged picture from the end of room you can see that it is possible exit door as in retail I found resemblence
So I conclude that if this is real new footage, I'd say it is near that room somwhere.

I do hope that uploader got his attention enough to give us some light on this matter. Thank you in advance. New media always welcome to board.

Possible, but it does not quite fit with the media we have about sewers. I'd more bet its part of R.P.D. If not what I guess then atleast it is part of basement levels. I am willing to bet it is not part of labs.
