Newwwwwww I Wanted all cards to have purpose but only the green card key is used

You can shoot for they but hands will be still.

Thats because there probly not enough event flags to set them as dead,you know every enemy has an event flag to keep them dead thats how most video games work.

You mean that extra camra angle,probly not.There was an extra cmara angle thay had for the computer and thay cut that out too.

Thats the only one, wether you meet him more in 1.5 is out of the question, most likely you do, but theres no more pictures of Roy, just look at that one, the room wasnt even completed then, so if thats the only picture of Roy and the first room you see him, maybe that build didnt have more of him.
