Why was "Toon Town" banned? He only made one post and it was rather innocuous.

RagevsFans is banned till the end of the year for pretty much hardly having any posts of any meaningful nature other than "hatin'" (to the point where it's borderline trolling).
(Seriously, just go through his relatively short post history for samples.)
