I think it's getting worse. Look at the Revelations cast, the design for all of them is pure garbage.
Wesker wore sunglasses at night, but he did with style. This guy had what we call "charisma". Something that Parker or Vester or whatever from Revelations don't have. There was a time in RE where some characters were cool : Ada, Wesker, Leon, Nicholai, Billy......Now look at Revelations and tell me where are the cool characters in this? A pornstar, columbo, porker and a redheaded weirdo. That's awesome.

In fairness, we should probably wait until the game to label them. Just because Capcom's usual level of writing means someone could look at those characters and tell you almost everything about them and what they're likely to do in the game doesn't mean Capcom hasn't gotten some decent writing done...this time.

Look at Billy's tattoo that some think promotes incest (MOTHER LOVE!!! woot), look (or listen) at the annoying midget we call Rebecca Chambers. I wanna bash her face in whenever I play zero Look at DIJ, the hero mouse that writes a fucking diary in CVX. Makes sense eh? Look at freakin James Marcus emulating a reject from a Final Fantasy showtune musical in RE0.

Everywhere you look you see wierd stuff. I would consider it offensive if Revelations lack any of that crazy shit.

What was the reason for excluding Japanese voice acting in the first place? I thought it had something to do with authenticity regarding where the characters were from or some crap like that. Pity the actors at the time performed like they were in a B movie. Anyone hear their work outside of RE? I'm surprised some of them were in Glass Rose.

I didn't know Degeneration had an original Japanese track. That would explain why the lip sync in Degeneration was shit.

I know they gave a japanese track to the RE characters (and all the Capcom cast for that matter) in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. I wonder if they'll be used in this game.
