Just picked this up, like five minutes ago. I decided to take a punt and see what it's like. I'll update when I've been through a few levels.

Quite happy to state this is my favourite game of the year so far.

    Too much fun.

24 or something, I believe. I've not done 'em all yet myself either, but I hear they're easier than the BC:R1 challenge rooms (they just kick up the difficulty much faster than they did in BC:R1).

Kinda wish the menu and stuff wasn't so slow in the challenge rooms... kinda holds me back from wanting to try to go all speed record on them.

How many challenge levels are there? Currently where I left of I was at stage 6 from 1-8 and hoping there's a lot more coming.

Just got all the yashichis. Whoever's responsible for the placement of the one on "Countdown" should seriously be crowned the new king of hell or something.

If there something I would wish they implimented in this game was to have the option to disable the jump button in the control menu because for the first two levels, while doing my hard/exploration run, I've accidently jumped right next to the end thanks to my thumb on the controller. Grrrrrr!

EDIT: Also with mission 2 (even on how early it is), dat music <3

Damn, and there's thinking it was going to be a much slimmer package than the first game based on some of the reviews that I come across. I don't get the mixed reception on this but I find this game to be great. It's even got the same good banther from the first rearmed (only done the first level/miniboss) and the presentation seems to be more alive. that is a plus for me.

Yeah...unless their internet connection is crap and is unfortunately the only kind of service they can afford or is around...

That's a relief. The reviews have been mixed so far.

I'll probably get this at some point in the future.

Just wrapped up the main story (Hard + no jumps at once!), working on the unlocks now. Without a doubt easier and more "forgiving" than the previous game (but the new moves are a very welcome addition and totally neat in terms of making sure it's just not "BC:R1 DLC PACK #1").

This is just filled with awesomeness (also, damn, the challenge rooms seems to be off to a good start too.)

I'm about three or four levels in and it's fantastic, possibly better than the first at the moment. Can't understand what all the complaints in the reviews have been about!

Read a few reviews, had me worried.

Just took it for a quick spin of the first level and it's GLORIOUS.
