I think its funny that you're basically defending the government of the country that was hiding a horrible mass murderer, and god knows what else, but pointing the finger at the US government and saying even though we killed a monster, we're still worse than he was.

Bin Laden was one man, a sick son of a bitch who started a 'fuck the world' club. Everyone in that club shared the same opinion and desires.

The US Government is not perfect, hell, I know its damn near rotten to the core. But as bad as it is, its infinitely better than so many other places in the world. You know that, and everyone else who's thought about it knows it too. Besides just because the government is in charge, doesn't mean everyone has the same opinion or agrees with its decisions.

A monster is dead. Someone who was responsible for murder, pain, suffering, and anger of so many thousands of people across the world.

Thats a good thing. In the end, I don't think it really matters who killed him as long as he was killed. If Pakistan killed him, that would have been just as good as if Canada, Britain, Austrailia,German, France, Russia, or even an alien from outer space did.

The reason there are so many questions right now is because Pakistan didn't get the guy who was right under their nose and close enough to a military compound that it just became a joke that wasn't funny.

Oh, and I agree that we don't need to see the body.It's not important, what is important is that this chapter is closed, we get more answers on what Al Qaida and the rest of the terrorist mother fuckers are up to and move on.

I've gotta agree with the decision not show the dead dude. Death's not pretty, and while I have no idea exactly how he died if half his face is missing or the like it's not gonna be a good thing.

And even if the pictures were released, people still won't believe it. It's his stand in. It's photoshoped. It's his twin brother who was actually a saint. It was a clone. It was a time travelling clone of his grandson sent back in time to stop Osama before he elimates the entire G12 with a nuke. Etc.

Yea we *did* have the body. They took a DNA test with blood from his sister to confirm his identity, took a picture (which they are reluctant to release due to the grusesome depiction of a killshot above the left eye that blew off part of his skull), than wrapped his body in white cloth and buried him at sea. Shark food.

They say he "resisted", although I wouldn't doubt they blew him away in the heat of the moment and I can't really blame them. I would have preferred to have seen him taken into custody and put on trial for crimes against humanity>executed. I think that would have put a lot of people's mind at ease, seeing the whole process, rather than a headline simply stating, "Osama Bin Laden is dead".
