Like Alexia, her blood catches fire when it comes into contact with the air, and she uses this ability to help Leon and Krauser defeat the Javier/Veronica Plant monster. As for the first boss, that's Manuela's mother, Hilda. The song Manuela sings is one her mother would sing to her when she was afraid of the dark as a child.
When her mother contracted a fatal disease, in desperation Javier used the T-Virus as a last resort treatment. It eventually transformed her into that monster. When Manuela contracted the same disease, Javier tried using the T-Veronica Virus instead.
Nope. You just see him standing on a cliff watching the burning remains of the Javier/Veronica Plant monster through a pair of fancy binoculars. Then he puts on his sunglasses and walks away.
Reminds me of Rayman intro. lol
In one of the reviews it mentions a secret scenario for RE2 part. They even said it's something fans will like. There should be a sub-scenario... I mean why would they lie?
what is wesker's role in the ending?? Did he said something??
Spoiler:

As for how Javier got the T-Veronica Virus, I was wrong.
Spoiler:
It turns out Wesker was the one who sold Javier the T-Veronica Virus. Unless a file answers this question, it's never explained how or why Javier got in contact with a former Umbrella researcher, if it wasn't to obtain a sample of the T-Veronica Virus. Maybe it was to aid in his research into the T-Virus and T-Veronica Virus?
Wesker's profile mentions that he sold the virus to Javier for a large sum of money and a share in Javier's business dealings, and it says that Wesker's reasons for doing this are unknown (possibly as part of his search for Spencer?).
As a side note, one of the files from Operation: Javier is a fax from Wesker to Javier, and at one point in it, he mentions an "Asian woman" who he says works for Umbrella and that she should be dealt with carefully. I can't imagine this being anyone other than Ada, but that begs the question, why would Wesker say, or think, that she works for Umbrella?
Wow cool. At least this scenario has nice story. And it seems I was right about Wesker's role in last scenario. Weskers reasons are, as I said before, $. He needs $ to fund Uroboros research. But how Manuela can stay human.? Or does she not?
Thanks for all of the info, Archelon. I appreciate reading all of it.
K: Been a long time, Leon.
L: Krauser...
K: I should've died in the accident two years ago...is that what you wanted to say?
L: You're the one who kidnapped Ashley?
K: Indeed... As expected, me and you are two sides of one coin. Or so you'd think.
L: What's your objective?
K: I just want the sample Saddler raised.
L: So Ashley has nothing to do with it?
K: I did it to make Saddler trust me, an American.
L: Just for that, nothing more...
K: It was for Umbrella, too.
L: Umbrella...?
K: You bear no purpose to that end, so die!
This just reminded me: I remember someone telling me the original has Krauser stating "This is the Parasite's Power!" instead of "Witness the Power!" which seems pretty telling. Could you verify this? Or not at the moment?

Spoiler:
Part of me would like to believe that he was referring Yoko for example... But I wouldn't be surprised if he really meant Ada
But does the game unlock scenarios as you go along, or does it depend on ranks again?
From how it flows i assume it's not rank-based?
It's not rank-based. You unlock the scenarios as you play through them. Some of the unlockables, at least, appear to be based on your rank during certain chapters, though.
And may I ask what exactly Manuela can do so terrible with this virus that he's so impressed? And why was the 1st boss listening to her and not attacking her?

Krauser wasn't in a helicopter crash... least not in the Japanese script.

Bolded line is actually spoken by Krauser in his sub-scenario, pretty much confirming it.
So basically, once Krauser disappeared, Leon was told off-hand that he had perished in an accident. Seems reasonable to me.
