I always just figured he eventually got the Umbrella "make you disappear when you're no longer useful" treatment--but perhaps he is still out there somewhere. It would be nice to actually see him make some type of appearance aside from just files elaborating on him.

going off my game knowledge Alex Wesker is a mystery and if they were to put him a Res 6 as a baddie they would have to make it convincing becasue at the end of Res 5 who is there left other than Umbrella Executives.

It could be an option they are giving themselves or it could have just been put there to show us why Spencer just sat around waiting to die for so many years seemingly doing nothing, or why Wesker was able to find him in 2006 and not immediatly after he gathered Umbrellas Data in 2003.

I've been woundering if this Alex if he or she should apper in RE6 will plan on useing this so called eternal life Virus the only thing that I've been woundering mainly is can this virus can bring pepole back to life not in the ways like the T Virus did in a way where the host pritty much can not die.

I still think Spencer is not dead I mean think about he pritty much wanted Albert to find him and kill him it just does not add up and doint start this whole well Spencer just gave near the end of his life and had given up his power man hunger to become a god im confinced in some way Spencer had planed his death just like Albert did in 1 and maybe this Alex has plans on bringing Spencer back evan though Alex had betrayed Spencer I think there's more going on here with this Alex than meets the eyes.

Probably he was desperate and out of options...his butler didn't know any science at
all whatsoever and Alex Wesker and his entire crew from the island apparently betrayed
him and disappeared, plus all of the colleagues met their ends because of him
(E. Ashford & J. Marcus). I pretty much think the only thing he could think of
was the Wesker children and the only remaining was Albert. He probably
believed there was still a chance if Albert let him live and became partners
because he knew that he had no other options when he was at death's door
already so he had nothing to lose.

...Unless the butler was able to make a virus with no background knowledge
whatsoever on any Biological Chemistry....bleh, forget about this...he's dead!

If it were to turn out to be the latter, I would just quit the series.

On the other hand he could have injected himself with whatever Albert Wesker injected himself with in RE1
before he met with Wesker before his untimely demise.

At this point, I don't really care if Spencer does come back. I'm more interested in this Alex Wesker individual and
the whole story behind that island and their experiments as well as the disappearance of the entire staff, test
subjects and Alex Wesker himself.

Alex Wesker is pretty much what we are going to get in terms of having a interesting antaganist that related to both Umbrella (Spencer and the company's secrets) and the set up location for the next game. Having that Spencer trust this person with his life, and how much that Alex really had on crafting Wesker and the other children, he's already got deep knowledge and experiance on the failures and successes that aspired in the 10 years after the Racoon City incident. And the breakthrough in the progress for "eternal life". This more sounds like it can be a darker chapter that can be similar to the previous titles in terms of the series own roots in the survival horror genre. It's just a matter of waiting to see what the 6th chapter will have in store.
