^Have you guys checked the foreground mask data for this room? Masks are occasionally used to show changes in a background. One notable example is the factory area in 1.5 where you push down a crate down from the second floor balcony. Various effects such as a floor panel getting smashed and the computer terminal turned on are stored as masks rather than as separate backgrounds. There are six levers in the elevator that can probably be flipped in different combinations, rendering the turned on state of each switch as a separate pass that can be turned on/off would be more efficient than storing dozens of the same background with the only difference being which switch has been flipped.

So I tested it a bit. It plays good. But the problem with the itembox is still there. Would be no problem if there were a feature to delete items in the item menu.
When I started a game and choosed Plot b Leon or Claire are still starting from the Plot a Streets. Could you fix this please?
update 2015-03-31:
I played until the Tyrant fight.
Works good so far. Was a bit fucked up because of that issue with the item Box.
Anyway I startet the game with the custom Remington shot gun. And after I collected the Magnum and a bit more play time the
custom Remington changed to the custom Magnum. And some minutes before the Tyrant fight the custom Magnum changed to the normal Remington.
Debug weapon change isn't possible in debug menu. Can you enable it please?
