As far as I know, there are none. It was scrapped way too early on development, so the little percentage that was made might have been mostly on code writing and technical stuff. Not enough to make a playable build to review.

Copies of Stadium Events show up all the time. It's just that boxed ones hardly ever do (especially not in the wild, like the most recent one did - there are likely to be less CIB ones left than you can count on to on both hands)
