  • ^ That's nice to know! I know there's a few more in this website. I'm guessing you started off with iMegaphone? Don't know where that guess came from, but I started off with iMegaphone when I was 3. lol

Yeah, backmasking can produce some wonderful sounds, but I guess the songs I've listened to backmasked are always deemed demonic. Funny how people can find such words in a backmasked song.

    • Ringfinger. Definitely one of the most underrated NIN songs.

        • Goodnight and Go (Immi's Radio Mix), Imogen Heap- Quite different than the original version. Absolutely adore the Array Mbira in this one, though. If only I could have said instrument, but crap costs about $2k for a 5 octave.

          edit: asdfghjkl 400th post! lolol

Oh, I meant my own posts, not the posts in this thread. I don't know why, but I consider each hundredth post I reach a triumph. Silly me.

              • Harry Nilsson - Jump Into the Fire

The fucking chords in this, damn. I've always liked those Velvety, minimal punk style chords.

Petra Haden & Bill Frisell - Satellite (Elliott Smith cover)

I love the vocals in this one more so than Smith's. I think his guitar is undoubtedly better but I never got into that airy voice of his.

I actually only got to know about Imogen Heap through her work with Guy Sigsworth as Frou Frou. That was when I was in 8th grade, I think? So... around 2003 or something. Lots of memories. Weep! When I was in high school, I started listening to her solo work.

                    • I normally listen to any kind of music, no matter what genre it is, if it's catchy. I tend to listen to heavy metal by default.

                          • I listen to metal like Metallica, In Flames, Cradle of Filth etc. However, I also listen to anything that isn't boring or annoying.

                            • I listen to anything non-mainstream. tbh, mainstream "radio" songs usually aren't bad, but the radio (and the people who listen to it in my area, at least) practically destroy it.

Blanket, Urban Species ft. Imogen Heap- God, I heard this song when I was 3! It feels so weird, in a good way, of course.

                              • Elliott Smith - Needle in the Hay (Acoustic & Electric)

Well I thought that cover version would get me listening to Elliott Smith, and it did. The acoustic version is great, and the open notes during the chorus of the electric version work well.

                                Elliott Smith - Christian Brothers
