And like I predicted when the first real trailer came out, he shows a lot more emotion. Surprisingly, lots of fear and panic. I was so happy to see Paul Mercier could do a great job giving Leon more depth than "Hah, monsters. Guess after this there'll be one less to worry about."

Although, funnily enough, his counterattack now looks like a pirouette. He still has some fairy dust in him.
IIRC, he jumps in fear when faced with those cockroaches in the RE2 sewer section. But, it may be just because I played in his perspective. Ahaha, he tripped over a licker. Anyway... yeah.

ALEXIA FROM 2 IS A BITCH TO KILL. Anybody know what I'm supposed to do? Am I just supposed to shoot? The farthest I always get is after I climb that ladder. She always kills me because of those damned tentacles.

You all remember Leon's hilarious line from DEGENERATION?

"I'm gonna scrub this virus from the face of the earth!"

A very similar line is uttered several times throughout DC:

The virus continues to grow... Altering its form, strengthening perpetually until the day comes when it can be destroyed.
It seems this refers not to a single virus (t-Veronica in DC or the t-Virus in DEGENERATION), but to all viruses. That seems to be Leon's ultimate goal, to completely destroy all viruses. Thus, it would rather go something like that:

The viruses keep proliferating...changing their form and, while doing so, increasing their strengths, until the time comes when they will be eradicated.
The mission statement would be to "completely eradicate viruses from this world". I don't have the DEGENERATION script to check, but I bet it's the exact same line.

Interesting how Ada heard about the G-Virus from John at the mansion. I'd always assumed it was Wesker who had provided The Orgainisation with that info.

I finished Memories of a Lost City on hard, and I'm missing two character bios...who I presume are Ada and Sherry, I'm not sure what I did wrong...I got like an A rank in every section, do I need to get S ranks in certain chapters or what? I'm also looking for part one of Sherry calls, all the Alfred talks and all the Krauser calls. =[ Damn the lack of players guide.

I'm totally at a loss on how to unlock the alternate costumes (only got Leon's agent and RPD, Krausers alternate, and Chris' alternate from beating the game on easy) and Tofu mode...

So from that, I can assume that Mike Greene and Caitlin Mispagel are Alfred and Alexia.

Still would like to know who the face model of Claire is though

Okay, so I'm at the near-end of the CVx (Game of Oblivion) scenario. I just wanted to post some impressions.

    Memory of a Lost City:
Overall, it's pretty nice. Camera can get a little TOO shaky, and the sewers may have been a little too redundant. Also, does Birkin's/G's 3rd form know karate or what? Though, the voice acting was really good, especially Claire's, Sherry's, and Annette's. Speaking of Annette, I liked what they did to her, making her more sympathetic to her daughter. Just wish they touched up Leon and Ada's relationship a little. Seemed so stagnant.

    Game of Oblivion (so far):
Pretty nice. Though they skipped the French Umbrella HQ cutscene (one of my favorites), I liked how they started it. Though, where's Rodrigo? Dammit. Steve is just so adorable. Sexy, too. Claire, she's just fucking hot... Alfred was great, IMO. He seemed more insane, more emotionally broken. Alexia's just a bitch (just like the original!). But, unlike the original, she's a whole different kind of bitch. Also, there were some unneeded story changes, like Alexia Spoiler:
or Alfred not dying on the footsteps of her cryostasis tube. Or Wesker not being there for the epic fight. Or her transforming on the platform instead of against WESKAH. I mean, seriously? WTF. Nosferatu was okay. Those spiders and the sweepers are just damn annoying. The backstory for the Linear Launcher (with Alexander) is pretty nice, too. On Alexia's transformed designs, I really liked how they did her 1st transformation. 2nd one... meh. Okay, but... yeah. Haven't gotten to her 3rd one.

Question: Does anyone know how to defeat Alexia's 2nd form? I just climbed the ladder, but keep dying at that spot. You know, where her two tentacles just keep hitting you, and where she continuously shoots fireballs at you? Yeah, that place.

    Operation Javier (so far):
Nice. Leon's not my favorite character, at all, but I liked how they gave him more of a RE2-Leon feel, rather than RE4-Leon feel. Krauser is pretty kewl, but is it me, or does he look a LOT older? Manuela is okay. Haven't gotten as far as her being useful (I just passed the part, right before the CVx scenario. where she jumps in the water after Leon and Krauser). Also, Javier being Spoiler:
I soooooo saw that coming. But, I'll just have to wait and see. Seems more interesting than I thought.

    So far, 8.5/10.

Whoa. This was a long post...

    Chris' bio:

Several months prior to the destruction of Raccoon City, during the Mansion Incident, Chris found the Arklay Research Lab and uncovered Umbrella's plot. But due to a systematic cover-up, the entire matter was cloaked in darkness and none of his information saw the light of day. At that point, Chris decided to travel to Europe to look into matters on his own. When Chris departed, he broke off contact with his younger sister, Claire, in order to avoid exposing her to danger. But, anxious about his safety, Claire set off by herself to find him, and subsequently got caught up in the Raccoon City disaster. She then followed her brother to Europe, was captured by Umbrella, and imprisoned on Rockfort Island. After learning of Claire's imprisonment from Leon, Chris took off immediately for Rockfort Island. There he met Albert Wesker, picked up on Claire's trail, and travelled to Antarctica.
    Ada's bio:

The Asian woman Leon met in the Raccoon City Police Department's underground parking facility. Ada had actually been working undercover at Umbrella as a spy for a rival corporation. Ada, who prior to the incident obtained information about the G-Virus from a researcher at the Arklay Laboratory, received orders to obtain it, and came to the zombie-overrun Raccoon City in search of the virus. In order to get clues, she tried to find Ben Bertolucci, who had been investigating related cases prior to the biological disaster. After Ben's death, she encountered Annette Birkin while tracking her husband William Birkin who by this point had mutated into a single-minded monster. Ada was rescued from that critical situation by Leon, who risked his life to save her. From that moment, her feelings toward Leon changed. Later, Ada risked her own life to help Leon against the unstoppable Tyrant.

He has a character bio, yeah.

Unless someone beats me to it, I'll type it up for you when I get back from running a few errands.

You have to fulfill certain conditions to unlock some unlockables I believe.

Also, not sure why it haven't been brought up yet but it seems the T virus injecting into "that" monster in Operation Javier isn't a plot hole. There's a file which says JAvier first used T-virus then he got the T from the Veronica or something.
