Get real with reality kid, you think that the staff and other people here don't have commitments and other responsibilities outside this community, or even forgetting the effort and work they already put on the site for the past years, is a total waste of time on this site and related? You're very naive and selfish if you're narrow minded if that is the case. What have you ever contributed or done at all?

Perhaps you should have a look at what many people here have contributed and discussed about Resident Evil because clearly you don't have the sense or regard on the meaning of community. Many fans have specific things they enjoy about the series (look up audience in the dictionary, you might see that meaning would range into different context of groups) and could discuss with similar minded folk and get the best debates and other information related to that topic(1.5, the lore, enemies, weapons, and so fourth). It doesn't have to be just Resident Evil. It's pathetic of you even to think about money in regards to this or insult many people in a matter of your own arrogance.

Stop being a waste of your old main's sperm when your mum gave birth to you. If you want us to take you seriously then use that brain of yours and think on what you are saying before clicking the submit button.

I don't believe Dot50 has ever asked anyone to fork over money for site maintenance reasons. You must even realize that SOMEONE is actually paying their own hard earned cash for this site, while you sit there complaining about what they've not yet had time to do.

Well to be honest, why are you here then? You've registered this month, made only 5 posts (on a Resident Evil forum) after just saying there is no future for Resident Evil and 2 of those 5 posts have been slandering an administrator and a staff member for not quite completing something quick enough, as if you seem to think they owe you something. Do you not think it gives me reason to be suspiscious of you when you only registered recently, the first thing you do is slander staff members and you've signed up to a Resident Evil forum when you just said you think there is no future for the series?

He has no points. I don't remember either of them putting a timeframe on this and sometimes people have more important things to do. No one puts any money into this site, the servers, or spends their personal time actually working on the site voluntarily, so I think everyone has a god damn cheek to moan about anything Dot50Cal or Alzaire have/haven't done. They've certainly contributed a lot more to the Resident Evil community than the people who are complaining in this topic.

Even if it does ever leak, I think people have too high expectations from what i've seen of the various video footage the animations are sloppy and unfinished worse than re1 probably the main cause of them wanting to start over although the extra animations are a nice touch, I think it was a case of them trying to do too much too soon, auto-aim also seems to be on as default as a way of making the game easier as the enemies are alot stronger.
Nothing has been confirmed as far as finished fmv sequences or voice over, text files, etc which will give the game an empty feel.

It'll depend on the version leaked. The FMV sequences were finished, and at least a few were re-done for RE2, but probably not on any disc we're likely to get hold of. So was the voice over stuff and script, which I believe is on the disc.

No one's expecting it to be a perfect and complete game. It is a beta, after all, and there's a reason why it was never released (or seventy or so, depending) but it's still very interesting.

@Gradon: Actually, we might not be doing a simultaneous release of all 3 sections. The way things currently are; we might actually do an initial RE1 section first, then probably the 1.5 section, followed by the RE2 section. Evt. RE1 will be revisited/tweaked along the way and RE2 might get revisited when the time comes for RE2 and such. Either way, I can at least tell you that it's an amazing collaboration effort going on (when we actually have time to work on things) and hopefully people will like it and everyone involved will feel like it wasn't all for nothing.

*Gets excited* Something to tide over whilst people wait for the other sections, not a bad release plan.
Maybe it'll intice more users to join, not saying the site isn't good, but it could feel more 'complete', so to speak?

At least the main site on Bioflames still works! And, yeah, some people seem to hate free stuff. People who like to stalk me around probably know me from various things, such as various fan translations... Man... people get pissed if they don't get dates, daily updates/screenshots, broken release date estimates, etc... At times, it almost sounds like they've invested money in you or something and are some sort of angry boss who feels entitled to getting something in return or something

Yet none of this changes the failed promises. A slew of individuals have come out of the woodworks to defend Alzaire and the man who calls himself 50 Calibur. Yet they have no place doing such and absolutely no reason to defend failed promises. I suspect a religious devotion to those two, willing to defend them no matter what.

What I find so friggen laughable is that those promises where made, yes? But did you forget to read that everything you know, and dont know, every picture, you have saw, and haven't saw, even every piece of friggen info, you may, or may not know, is being compiled into ONE section EACH for RE1, 2 AND 1.5?

Completely agreed. Seeing someone acting so ungracious when they want something done is the last thing that's going to budge either guy to do any work.
