Yes. It's a common image online. It was in magazines and is from the first era of 1.5 builds. Shown at V-Jump Festival and TGS.

Well to be fair the UK version got censored. All the kids still exist but are invisible.

It's not the just the UK version, it's the European version. Then, a bit later the game was censored too in the US.

If you buy it nowadays on steam or somewhere else, there's a high probability that it won't contain kids.

Because it was playable demo from E3 or something like that .

I don't think the article in the magazine specifically stated where that is taking place, but just from known information, I am pretty sure that is the playable 1.5 at the PS Expo & E3. Those kiosks also match the PS Expo ones, so yeah. I'm still not 100% positive if it was a semi-public/public playable demo or if it was fully journalist only.
