The copy was probably released on purpose, as data of what you play amongst other things is stored in flash memory on a NAND chip and sent back to MS, or so they say.

Then, you get their ban hammer shoved up your rectum. Unless of course, you pass off their security sectors and are able to fully keep your leaked copy indistinguishable from an official one. But who's going to sit around for that, much more risk getting banned anyway from messing up? I still wouldn't play that on XBL, ever! They ban your entire console. Then you have to buy a new one. No thanks.

I am not excited in the least for this game.Its gonna be the same gameplay as the past 9 games and I really think the whole marketing scheme for this game ais gonna blow it out of proportion.

By the way, the last 3 COD games gameplay has been radically different to the original games. So try again.
