Nah I wasn't indicating you were hoarding anything, it just seemed from your post that you "knew" where this video could have been found if it existed, such as (in the spirit of the recent posts here) "I heard there could be a tape included with a V-Jump publication which could have new Bio 1.5 footage". Bad example maybe, but hopefully you get what I meant.

Where would this secret, dubious "somewhere" be? ;)
Biohazard 1.5 was first shown to the public on July 31, 1996 at the V-Jump festival in Japan. Work on BH 1.5 had begun shortly after the release of BH1 and thus development probably began in April, or early May. Before it's cancellation, the 1.5 version of Biohazard 2 was originally scheduled to ship in March, 1997.

I have that BH1 footage, I don't remember if it was on the 94 or 95 tape (probably 95). I'll probably be uploading it later.

(Not 1.5, but would be nice anyway)
I have the 95 and 96 V-Jump tapes, are there Bio footage on 97, 98, or 99 (scratch that, I have the 99 tape too, no Bio listed on the back anyway)?Last edited by Carnivol; 03-06-2010, 01:48 PM.

So if anyone's not seen it before; linkety link
It's nothing new, but incase people haven't seen it; grab a fist of popcorn (you wont need more)
I actually think that they announced this game way too early, which was about 20% complete (I read this percentage in an article I have from a huge collection of game magazine collection I own). This event took place in September '96, right? That's like seven months before its originally announced date.
Hey Carnivol, do you happen to have the tape with the beta BIOHAZARD 1 footage? There this one and it's nearly complete but it cuts off when Mikami is talking to the audience.

2. The only way we'd find anything new would be if some obscure, or foreign, magazine popped up that had rare or unseen footage - similar to certain German/Europe magazines that have exclusive footage.
2. Considering PAL stuff, German demos would be the place to look, as it seems they "often" recorded videos while playing review or preview copies. There is an RE3 video on a German PlayStation Zone (unofficial magazine) demo which seems to have been recorded by the magazine staff, playing a review copy. Sadly, the PlayStation Zone magazine didn't come with demo discs at the time RE1.5 was in development, I'm not sure if it was even published back then. I've found other goodies on those discs, like an SH1 beta map.
Other German demo series: Play Fun (there's nothing there), Euro Demo GERMANY (different to main Euro Demo series - I don't have ED GER mapped out, but I doubt there is anything).
So our only hope in finding PAL demos would be Euro Demo GER. Slim chance. Unless there are some obscure demos out there I don't know about.
France is another potential source (other countries just got the regular Euro Demo series).
There is an exclusive RE3 video on an Euro Demo FRA (not the same Euro Demo series as in UK, Spain, Italy, Australia etc) which came with the official magazine in France, but I have most of the other ED FRA demos, and there's nothing unusual on any of them, just the same games as on the regular ED series, only composed differently, and often in French.
There are some VHS videos which came with CD Consoles in 96, 97, an 98, which I haven't managed to track down. I think they were E3 vids. By what you said somewhere above, there's probably nothing on them, though.
So what did you learn from all that? There are three entirely different Euro Demo series and a shitload of other PAL demo series, and I'm working on a new website to cover all that.
